Four frame oil seal and shaft sleeve are installed in the pump seat to prevent shaft wear and prolong the service life of the shaft.

Instructions:

1, the pump power supply must be three-phase four-wire system, if there is no grounding wire, must be installed to prevent leakage of electricity.When working, the circuit fuse and opening corresponding to the motor should be installed nearby to prevent the motor from burning out when the impeller debris gets stuck.

2. The pump can operate without installing any basic device when it is in use, as long as it leans firmly and is fastened with ropes when necessary to prevent accidents.The rotation direction of the motor must be checked after starting, and it shall not be reversed for more than one minute.

3, when the suction of the liquid contains more weeds, wire, wood, bricks and other sundries, must be removed as far as possible in advance, and can take measures to put the wire basket, to prevent sundries inhalation pump impeller damage, stuck and pipe obstruction and other accidents.

4. The pump body should be provided with short-term water absorption after suction of mud and other dirty substances, so as to flush the pump body and pipe interior.

5. When working in the open air, the motor should be equipped with a protective cover to prevent rain from penetrating the motor.

6, at the bottom of the river, the bottom of the pool suction mud should be suspended on a tripod, and can be put on the buoy or the ship to move the operation, when carrying out earthwork work, the diameter of the earth block broken by high-pressure water shall not be more than one third of the suction inlet.

Generally operate for about 1250 hours, carry out regular maintenance of the pump, remove the pump seat to check the sealing condition of the bearing and sewage lifting pump, clean and replace the butter, and replace the oil seal, axle sleeve and other parts when necessary.Please refer to installation for notes on maintenance and replacement of parts.(use mechanical seal pump rotation about 3500 hours for regular maintenance).

10. When it is stopped for a long time, the volute should be removed, dry the parts and coated with oil on the relatively moving joint surface, and stored in a dry place for later use
